- Elder Law - I assist clients with the protection of assets regarding Medicaid and Medicare planning, advance health care planning through powers of attorney and situations of elder abuse and nursing home neglect stemming from financial abuse, manipulation, negligence and injuries to elder relatives. As an estate planning attorney, I draft all relevant documents for any sized estate, including simple wills, living wills, trusts and charitable trusts, health care directives and various powers of attorney to accomplish your wishes for the future benefit of your loved ones.
- Probate Administration - I additionally offer probate administration services to executors and administrators to locate and inventory property, transfer assets, pay debts and taxes and avoid personal liability, as well as represent beneficiaries in will and probate contests and other issues of estate and probate administration.
